Veal osso bukoHow we have flavored it

We’ve sprinkled young calf slices of the hock with salt, black pepper and pepper mix of grains (black, white, green and pink pepper). We added few drops of sunflower oil.

How you could finish it
Heat up the skillet and melt 20grams of butter 1 tbsp olive oil. Open the package, remove the meat only. Roll it in flour and sear until golden brown, for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove into a warm plate and cover with aluminum foil. Take out and put in a warm plate and cover with foil.
How you could serve it

Serve the osso buko with a classic Milanese risotto, using the juice to prepare it.
