How we have flavored them
We’ve sprinkled the fresh veal chops with salt and pepper only and added few drops of sunflower oil.
How you could finish them
|Preheat the skillet and melt 20 grams butter and 1 tbsp(tablespoon) olive oil. Sear the veal chops for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Take out and put in a warm plate and cover with aluminum foil.|
How you could serve them
In the same pan add 20 ml olive oil and fry pre-blanched broccoli, chopped carrots, red pepper and yellow pepper. Season with salt and pepper, add the remaining juice from the package and the fried veal chops. Serve with finely chopped green onions.
For the lovers of soup with veal chops we have to say that the hours around the hot stove are already over. Veal cuts can be put in the soup 10-15 minutes before it’s ready. Do not forget to pour in the juice from the package, it will add the typical and unforgettable taste to this classic dish.
