We have sprinkled the turkey fillet with salt and added few drops of Ponzu sauce and sunflower oil.

How you could finish it
Heat up the pan and melt 20grams of butter 1 tbsp olive oil. Open the package and take out the fillets only. Sear them until golden brown, for about 3 minutes on each side. Add the remaining juice from the package and steam for 2 minutes. Take out and put in a warm plate and cover with foil.

Important: The juice contained in the package is naturally separated from the meat by the slow cooking of the product and has exceptional taste and beneficial properties.

How you could serve it

Reduce the heat and pour 250 ml red wine to the sauce into the same skillet. Add 50 g of blueberry jam, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tbsp sugar, chili pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Once it starts boiling, add filleted orange. Cook until you get a thickened sauce. Serve the fillets with sauce and slices of orange.
