How we have flavored them
We’ve sprinkled the pork ribs with salt, red pepper, black pepper, onion, garlic, coriander, parsley and thyme, smeared with mustard and added few drops of sunflower oil.
How you could finish them
You can cook the ribs on the grill or in the oven.
Heat up the grill and grease it with fat of your choice. Remove the ribs from the package, dry them up and apply a thin layer of fat on both sides. Bake until the desired crust is formed on each side.
|Open the package and pour the whole content into a pan. Optionally, you can put parchment paper underneath. Bake in preheated oven, with the fan on, at 200°C, about 12-15 minutes or until the desired crust is formed.|
Important: The juice contained in the package is naturally separated from the meat by the slow cooking of the product and has exceptional taste and beneficial properties.
Prepare a sauce to cover the ribs with. In a bowl stir 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 50 ml white wine. Cover the ribs before placing on the grill or in the oven. Repeat several times at your discretion during baking.
