How we have flavored them
We’ve picked a fresh boneless pork neck cuts, sprinkled them with salt, red pepper, black pepper, onion, garlic, coriander, parsley and thyme. We’ve added few drops of sunflower oil.
How you could finish them
You can use a pan or a grill.
|Preheat the pan and melt 20 grams of butter. Open the package and take out the meat only. Sear 3 minutes each side until crust is formed. Take out and put in a warm plate and cover with foil for about 2-3 minutes.|
