PORK SIRLOIN STEAK

Pork sirloins – tender and juicy with no effort!
How we have flavored them
We’ve sprinkled the pork sirloin cuts with salt, black pepper, blossom of lavender, basil, thyme, marjoram, tomatoes, sea salt and added few drops of sunflower oil.
How you could finish them
|Preheat the pan and melt 20 grams of butter. Open the package and take out the meat only. Sear 3 minutes each side until crust is formed. Take out and put in a warm plate and cover with foil.|
How you could serve them
Reduce the temperature and pour into the same pan the remaining juice from the package. Add 1/4 tea cup white dry wine and let it boil for 5-6 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons whipping cream, 1 tablespoon mustard and stir until the sauce thickens – about 5 minutes. Serve the loins by pouring the sauce over.
