We’ve covered the pork hock with mustard and honey, sprinkled with salt and grains of black, white, green and pink pepper. We’ve added also few drops of sunflower oil.

How you could finish it
Open the package and pour the whole contents (with the juice) into a suitable pan. Optionally, you can put baking paper underneath. Place a lid or aluminum foil on top and steam for 15-20 minutes at 220°C. Then remove the lid (foil) and bake with the fan on at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until the desired crust is formed on the top.
