Loved by all – children and adults, the chicken wings that we have prepared give you the opportunity to finish them healthier!
How we have flavored them
We’ve sprinkled the chicken wings with salt, red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and turmeric, also added few drops of sunflower oil.
How you could finish them
You can cook the wings using the pan or in the oven.
|Heat up the skillet and melt 20 grams of butter. Open the package and take out the wings only. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until you get the desired crust. Take out and put in a warm plate and cover with foil for 2-3 minutes.|
|Preheat the oven to 200oC with the fan on. Open the package and pour the whole content (with the juice) into a suitable container. Optionally, you can put parchment paper underneath. Bake two sides, for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until desired crust is formed.|
How you could serve them
We recommend that you serve them with a sauce that we haven’t provided and it’s a great addition to the flavor of the wings. Here is the recipe: In a casserole mix 1 tbsp. curry and 200ml of water. Allow to simmer until it is reduced to 1/3. Then drain the liquid and mix with 100g of mayonnaise, 100g of yogurt and 1 clove of minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and with wings.
